Backup Restoration in Shared Hosting
1. Introduction
This manual explains the process of restoring a backup in a Shared Hosting service within SWPanel. All Hosting plans include automatic backups with a 15-day retention period, allowing you to recover files and databases in case of accidental loss or modification.

2. Accessing the Backup Management
To begin the process, access the dashboard of your Hosting service in SWPanel. Follow these steps:
- Log in to SWPanel and use the top search bar to enter the hosting name.
- Select the Hosting service from the list of results.

3. Navigating to Backup Management
- In the side menu, go to:
- Keep and recover my data
- Backups
- Manage Backup Copies

4. Selecting the Backup to Restore
- Inside the Information tab, click Restore Backup.

- Select the date of the backup you want to restore.
- Mark the directories and/or files you want to recover.
- Click Next.

5. Confirming and Executing the Recovey
- Confirm Overwriting: In shared hosting, the restoration process overwrites existing files. Make sure this action is appropriate for your case.
- Click Start Recovery.

6. Monitoring the Restoration Status
Once the process starts, a new window will open where you can monitor the restoration status.
