To manage the access profiles, it is necessary to activate the reseller mode in your SWPanel. To activate it, check the manual 📃 Manual: How can I activate reseller mode in my SWPanel account?.
Access profiles define which actions a user can and cannot perform within SWPanel. These access profiles are assigned to a user, meaning they can only view and execute the actions permitted by their access profile and assigned service(s).
To create a user, assign them an access profile and a service, check the manual 📃 Manual: How to create an access to the SWPanel using a new user
To access Access Profiles management, click on your profile logo in the upper right corner of your SWPanel. Then, click on My SWPanel and finally, click on SWPanel User Management:

Next, click on the Access Profiles tab:

There are seven automatically created access profiles. These profiles are configured to allow users to perform the most common actions.

If you need to create a user profile with specific permissions, check the section "4. How to create a custom access profile".
The Hosting Management profile is assigned the necessary permissions for the user to manage everything related to the assigned Hosting service: creating, modifying, and deleting databases, managing FTP accounts, email accounts, DNS records, installing and managing CMS platforms (WordPress, PrestaShop, Moodle), etc. The user will not have access to the cloud.

The Cloud Management profile allows the user to manage one or more cloud services, with the ability to: stop, start, restart, and park the cloud, manage alerts, backups, snapshots, and logs. It also allows managing security systems (AntiDDoS, Fail2Ban, Layer 4 Firewall), log management, and more. If the user is also assigned a Hosting service, they will be able to start and stop services, view Hosting resource usage, and see the service’s servers. However, Hosting services cannot be created through this profile.
The Mail Management profile grants permissions to manage the assigned email account, allowing the user to: change the password, create and delete auto-responses. However, the user will not be able to modify the mailbox storage limit.

The Mail Management only Autoresponse profile allows modifying only the email auto-response settings, including creating and deleting auto-responses.
The Administrative & Financial Management profile allows the user to manage everything related to billing and payments. They can review invoices, manage account balance, credit card settings, and open administrative tickets, among other tasks. However, they will not be able to view or perform actions related to domains or services.
The VPN User Manager profile allows modifications to the VPN user, such as enabling two-factor authentication and selecting its type, viewing the VPN access history, and changing the access password.
The RHA Customer Hosting Management profile allows users to manage hosting services, consult billing methods (such as adding balance), and perform contractual changes to the service.
To create a custom access profile, you must first duplicate an existing profile. Choose the one that most closely matches the permissions you want to apply. Then, click on the […] menu of the profile → Duplicate Profile:

In the new window, you must assign a name to the access profile:

From the […] menu of the newly created profile, click on Modify this Profile.

In this tab, you can assign permissions to your access profile by checking the boxes of the necessary permissions.

If you need the profile to have access to a service dashboard, you must check the option Manage Services → Manage the services and uncheck any boxes inside it that you do not need.
