  1. Access your Active services tree in SWPanel.

  1. Locate the service you want to migrate and access the [...] menu.
  2. Click on Moving Hosting Plan to another SWPanel.

2.2. Configure the migration parameters

  1. Select the elements to be transferred:
    • Website (includes files and database).
    • Email.

2.3. Obtain and manage the migration code

  1. To view the code, go back to Moving Hosting Plan to another SWPanel.
  2. Copy the code to your clipboard.

  1. If you need to cancel the migration, you can void the code by clicking on Cancel now.

3. Using a Migration Code in another SWPanel Account

Once a migration code has been generated, it can be used in another SWPanel account to transfer the hosting services.

3.1. Start the migration process in the destination account

  1. Log in to the destination SWPanel account.
  2. Go to Main Dashboard > Tools > Migrate a Webe now.

3.2. Enter the Migration Code

  1. Select the option Migrate from another SWPanel using migration code.

  1. Enter the generated code and click on Check migration code.
  2. If the code is valid, the service and the data that will be transferred will be displayed.

3.3. Confirm and finalise the migration

  1. The type of service to be created and the associated cost will be indicated.
  2. Click on Move now to complete the transfer.

  1. Once the process is finished, the new service with the migrated content will be created in the destination account.
