When enabling log custody on your Cloud server, an FTP account is automatically created, where you only need to specify the password to use for this FTP account. If you don’t remember the password, below are the steps to reset it.
First, you need to access your SWPanel and, in the search window at the top, enter the name of the Cloud service for which you want to modify log custody access. Once you have located the service, you can click on its name to access its Dashboard.
