Contracts

In your SWPanel, you have access to all the contracts related to your services. You can view, print, or send them wherever you want, as well as disable the automatic renewal of your services.

Where can I find the contract in SWPanel?

First, you need to go to the SWPanel Dashboard. Using the search bar at the top of the SWPanel, search for the service you want to manage.

Once inside the selected service, click on the "Service Documentation" -> Contract and Billing Mode option.

You will see the option to disable the automatic renewal of the service.

By default, when you purchase a hosting service that is billed annually, the auto-renewal feature is enabled. This means the service is automatically renewed at the end of the contracted period without requiring any action from you.
For cloud services, which are billed hourly, there is no need to disable auto-renewal, as you can cancel the service at any time without a commitment. The only thing to keep in mind is that when the service is canceled, an invoice is generated for the resources consumed from the last issued invoice until the cancellation date.

To disable it, simply click on the button within the green box that says "Automatic service renewal at the end of the contract." You will also find a button to download your contract.
