Create an email signature in Webmail

An email signature is a predefined text that is automatically added at the end of every email you compose.

It usually includes information such as:

  • Your full name.
  • Your position and the company you work for.
  • Contact details, such as phone number, email address...

You can set a primary signature for your email from your Webmail account. Below, we explain how to proceed. You can check how to access Webmail using the following manual:

How to set up my signature in Webmail

To begin, click on Settings → Identities → Select your email account.

Next, in the box that appears, you can enter your desired signature.

Once you have created your signature, click the blue Save button to apply your new signature.

All set! Your signature is now configured. Every time you send an email, it will be displayed by default.
