SWPanel access control
You can define the security when entering your SWPanel. The options to choose from are:
Activate two-factor authentication for SWPanel - If you activate two-factor authentication to access SWPanel, once you have identified yourself, the system will ask you for a code to validate your identity.
Send validation code by email - Each time you log in, you will need to specify the code that will be sent to your email address.
Select position on a coordinate card - You will be asked for a code that you will find in the coordinates of the client card that you must print from the corresponding section.
Google Authenticator - Install the Google Authenticator application on your mobile device. Once installed, open the application and scan the QR Code to activate Authenticator for SWPanel.

Access blocking
To maximise the security of your SWPanel, if you have fixed IPs, you can block it so that it is only accessible through your IPs.
Use the box below to enter the IPs, separated by "," commas. You can enter as many IPs as you like. If you do not enter any IPs, access blocking by IPs to your SWPanel will not be activated.

Device or browser validation
This security option will allow you to generate a controlled access list of authorised devices or browsers for your SWPanel account. Anyone who is not authorised or validated will not be able to access SWPanel, even if they know the access credentials.
The validation process is very simple. When a new device is used to access your SWPanel account, you will receive an email to the account you have configured, with a 6-digit code that you must enter only the first time on that new device or browser. You can also select the maximum number of devices that can be validated using the following box:

Analysis of unusual access to SWPanel
Monitoring unusual access to SWPanel allows you to generate a log of all access to your SWPanel and automatically manage notifications or block accesses that are not considered to be usual.

SWPanel allows you to define the actions that it should carry out during the process of creating/registering a service, email, SWPanel login, etc.

You can choose various configuration options in relation to the purchase, renewal or search for domains:
Show domain search engine in the top bar - Check this option if you want SWPanel to show you, in the top menu bar, a search engine to carry out domain registration/transfer actions. This option will not be available if you hide the top menu bar.
Show domain renewal notification icon - Check this if you want an icon to be displayed at the top of SWPanel showing the number of domains that are in the renewal period. This icon will allow you to open a list of these domains and renew them immediately.
Show icon to notify domains that are about to enter autores renewal - Check if you want an icon to be displayed at the top of SWPanel indicating the number of domains that are about to enter the autores renewal period. This icon will allow you to open a list of these domains and you will be able to cancel the autores renewal before it is activated.

You can select different options for managing SSL certificates:
Show SSL Certificate renewal period notification icon - Check this if you want an icon to be displayed at the top of SWPanel showing the number of SSL Certificates that are within the renewal period. This icon will allow you to open a list of these Certificates and renew them immediately.
Show icon to notify of SSL Certificates in auto-renewal period - Check if you want an icon to be displayed at the top of SWPanel indicating the number of SSL Certificates that are within the auto-renewal period.

From this tab, you can choose different aspects related to the SWPanel display:
Listing display: SWPanel allows you to define the number of lines per page that the listings will have. You can increase or decrease this number, so that in the sections where there is a list, fewer or more elements will be displayed, depending on the number you have chosen.
Service tree: You can organise your service tree by country, as well as choosing whether to display a geographical map of your services, activate Drag & Drop and maintain the state of the branches of your service tree in each opening or closing action.
Action queue window: The Action Queue window, located at the bottom right of the Dashboards, will show you all the operations that SWPanel is performing in the background. You can choose to show or hide this action queue:

You can modify different customisation options for the left-hand side menu, including:
Side menu size adjustment
Here you can define and adjust the size you want the side menu to be. You can adjust the total size, the size of the icons and the size of the font.
Appearance and display
You can define whether the menu will always be open, whether or not to show the icons or the size from which this menu will be shown open.
Customisation of the SWPanel top bar: You can optimise both the loading time and the search results by editing the content of the top bar.
Customise the content of the SWPanel general menu: Edit the tabs to be displayed in the general menu of your SWPanel.

You can change the logo that appears on the side menu of your SWPanel by dragging an image onto the area delimited by the dotted line.
The maximum size of the logo should be 310x60px for the expanded side menu or 40x60px for the logo when the side menu is compacted.
