The time has come. You have the backup in place in case anything unexpected happens... and now it's time to recover data!
In your SWPanel, use the search box at the top to find your Cloud. In our case, it is called Manuales-server, but yours will have a different name. Once you have found it, select it.

Go to Keep and recover my data > Backups > Manage Backup Copies (left-hand menu):

A list of the latest backups made will appear. Click on Restore Backup:

This option allows you to restore a domain or a complete service. You can choose between the different available copy dates and select the content to restore (web, email or database):

After selecting the backups, you must decide whether you want to overwrite the files in the original directory or recover them in a different directory.

To start the restoration, click on Start Recovery.

This option allows you to restore an entire directory, choosing from different available copy dates. Once you have selected the directories and the date, press Next.

. Within this directory there is one folder per domain and, within each domain, one folder per email account. You can restore all the email, an entire domain or a specific account.The following screen will show a summary with the directories to be restored, the date of the backup and the location of the recovered files:

Note: Copies are made daily from 01:00 hours onwards.
To start the restoration, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Start Recovery.

In a few minutes, the data will be restored in the indicated directory. You will be able to access them through FTP or SSH. It is advisable to keep the original permissions and users to avoid operational problems.
To restore databases, you can use phpMyAdmin at the following address:
https://IP_of_your_cloud/phpmyadmin
The access credentials for phpMyAdmin correspond to the database username and password.
